Trend Report: A White Hot Summer

Hi Ladies!

I'm here to share one of the trends we are loving here at Fashionably Nina. All white ensembles have taken over the summer, and we are enjoying every bit of it. During the warmer months, the color white is a great alternative to darker neutralas. Not only is it softer on the eyes, but it's an easy way to make any look more fashion forward. Here are a few tips on how to rock the trend:

-Pair your outfit with a nude, white, metallic, pop color, or statment shoe. Stay away from black and other dark footwear colors. Keep it light.

-This is the perfect time to break out those statment making jewelry pieces. They'll look amazing and stand out against the simplicy of a white outfit.

-Pastel colors look great paired with white, so if you're looking for a cordinating color, try soft pinks, blues, green, or even orange. A summer jacket, shoe, or handbag in those colors will look fabulous.

Not sure how to get started wearing the trend? Here a few basic pieces you should incorporate into your wardrobe:

-A go-to white t-shirt & button down blouse

-White blazer that can easily be paired with other pieces to create a suit

-White wide leg trouser with a high waist

-White denim, keep it classic or go for the deconstructed look.

-White skirt in an A-line or skater silhoutte

-White shorts in a trouser material

If you don't want to dive all the way into the all white trend, incorporate the suggested pieces above into outfits consisting of other colors. Throw those white pants on with your top tomorrow instead of black pants or blue denim. Watch how it changes the look instantly.
